I’ve eaten at all three of chef Ashley Christensen’s restaurants in Raleigh, NC over the last couple of weeks. I have no idea how I’ve managed such luck, but I’m glad for it.
Brunch this morning was at Christensen’s Poole’s Diner, pictured above are the cornmeal biscuits and spare rib gravy topped with two eggs over easy.
