Smoke at the Charleston Farmer's Market

Follow your nose on Saturday mornings in downtown Charleston and if you're lucky you'll find Gregg Howard preparing smokey pork treats. Howard and business partner Mark Nowling prepare their version of barbecue each week to sell in the farmer's market food court under the banner Right on Que. If you're there early you'll be fed a breakfast burrito full of pork and scrambled eggs, but if you time it just right you can get your hands on a few ribs straight out of the smoker plus a pile of homemade coleslaw.

Follow along with Howard and Nowling, as they expand their operation and feed the Holy City's 'cue hungry, on twitter @ROQBBQ.
